1. Open your Entourage mail program.
2. Go to "Tools" on the toolbar. Select "Accounts"

3. Highlight the mail account and click "Edit"

4. Click on the button that says "Click here for advanced sending options."

5. Put a Check Next to "SMTP server requires authentication."

6. Next put a dot Next to "Use same settings as receiving mail server." Then Click "OK"
